Our Mission Statement
We work to ensure proper land use and spatial development of the territory through integrated land use planning, development control, geographic information management, and public education.
Our Services
The Town and Country Planning Department, provides the following services to the public sector and the general public:
Advice on development ideas, concepts, applications and planning issues;
Processing development applications;
Processing change of use applications;
Processing subdivision applications;
Processing advertisement applications;
Monitoring and controlling development activities;
Preparing development studies;
Civic planning projects;
Compiling statistical data on development in the territory; and
Producing maps of data in graphic form
We are located on the First Floor of the Central Administration Complex in Road Town and we are open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
